▪️HOLLOW-ARCH SUPERSETS▪️
Challenge the whole body but particularly the core, arms and back with this superset of positional change —> Hollow Body Hold Pullover Tricep Combo & Arch Hold Flying. ▫️I love the concept of contrasting body position particularly when done in superset fashion. With this combo you start in the hollow body position where the abs, core and anterior musculature is activated during a pullover and tricep extension series. It’s followed with an arch hold body position for the posterior chain and a rear dealt back tricep hold and posture series.

▫️Slides 1 & 2 show a more advanced version with kettlebells while slides 3 & 4 show some regression options. Even if you choose slightly different exercises you can keep the concepts of a hollow body & arch hold body position for back to back exercises. It gives you a great stimulation of the entire body as well as good reinforcement of the posterior chain after activating the anterior chain. The exercise choices on this combo are done to magnify effect. Bring the lats, abs and triceps into play with two directional weights enhances the hollow challenge and using weights with a touch of movement adds to the back experience quite a bit. I often will add a rope Pulldown to the arch position instead of the flying hold but wanted to show that as the main option today. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
