STRICT KIPPING PULL-UP

Trabaja las partes del ejercicio de forma estricta y visualiza la secuencia completa del movimiento con ayuda de cajón
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ya hemos visto la importancia de trabajar gimnásticos estrictos con ayuda de cajón, pero hoy vamos a buscar separar las fases de un futuro Kipping Pull-Up diferenciando el jalón de subida, el tirón hacia la barra y el empujón de bajada:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Skill 1: Separamos bien el jalón de subida y el tirón hacia la barra, marcando una bajada estricta y recta ✔️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Skill 2: Marcamos el empujón de bajada desde una dominada neutra, extendiendo del todo los brazos para marcar posición de bloqueo completa ✔️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Skill 3: Strict Kipping Pull-Up. Trabaja toda la secuencia (jalón-tirón-empujón-bajada) pero marcando en todo momento el recorrido controlado y estricto ✔️

RECOMENDACIONES:

- Coloca el cajón bien en vertical con la barra y ánclalo con un soporte estable detrás para que no se balancee durante el trabajo ⚠️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- En los desplazamientos, los pies deslizan sobre el cajón sin apoyar la planta del pie ni marcar escalones en ningún momento ⚠️

- Mantén la cabeza neutra con el cuerpo y respeta el Hollow detrás de la barra, tanto al subir como al bajar ⚠️
