All I can say this that the callous landlord of this building, the insensitive Lagos State government and officials who marked this building for demolition and did nothing about it have blood on their heads and hands and WILL KNOW NO PEACE!! They have murdered innocent souls!! Since I heard this news yesterday, I haven't been myself. We don't even know how to handle emergencies. Too many people at the site as seen on the news yesterday. Some just came to look, others came to take pictures, some would have gone to steal. Yes, you heard right. Some people are just opportunists. I can't even imagine the parents of the dead children, their other siblings and relatives and all the other people. They will all need therapy. The injured children must have also seen their dead classmates. Lord! Will they want to go to school again? Why should going to school to get educated end in death? Why There is no regard for the sanctity of human life in Nigeria and Lagos.. A parent should never bury their child. We lost so many lives during the election and now this. My heart is so heavy.. One of Cassandra's closest friends, Trista, and her 3 children were involved in a very serious car accident this morning. Their vehicle was hit by a semi-truck which led to the death of two of her three children. Camden and Maxwell were lights in their parents' lives and the loss is unimaginable.
