First, kita ini org indo cin, ga makan nasi sakit pala akutuh. Kedua, nasi itu penting buat naikin insulin. Ketiga, kl takut kadar gula di nasi putih, ganti nasi merah, coklat, hitam dong hehe. Aku skrg lg makan nasi merah, sblmnya selama 3 taon nasi item. Ke empat, makan nasi ga ada masalah, yg jadi masalah jumlah nya.. berapa banyak nya. Knowing orang indo yg bisa banyakan nasi drpd lauk thats the problem.

Avrei voluto fare foto più carine ma il tempo in questi giorni è poco, praticamente impastavo e studiavo contemporaneamente , quindi sarò breve anche con la descrizione:
➡️ingredienti per circa 8 panini:
-300 g di farina 0
-250 g di yogurt greco 0
-1 pizzico di bicarbonato -1 pizzico di sale ➡️procedimento:
-impastare tutti gli ingredienti, formare un panetto e poi stenderlo con un mattarello su un piano leggermente infarinato (operazione importante per far gonfiare i panini)
-ricavare dei dischi sottili del diametro di circa 10-12 cm
-cuocerli in padella antiaderente ben calda con coperchio e girare appena si fanno le bolle (ci vorrà circa un minuto a lato)
-stra-farcire
