The Traveller Imperial double NEIPA @deedsbrewing in collaboration with @carwyncellars - @foragersdrop ✈️ Happy belated 2nd birthday to Foragers Drop! Since moving further East, I thought I’d be forced to lower my beer drinking due to lack of craft beer venues, but I’m so glad I was wrong! This little beaut is such a great, chill place to get a wonderful glass of craft. I don’t know where I’d be without it in my life!! (I can't speak for my liver though….) I’m drinking The Traveller, an Imperial Double NEIPA. Not only is that a mouthful, but so too are the flavours. Super juicy, crazy hazy and seriously boozy. This 8% ABV will knock your shoes off and then your socks, there’s no hiding the alcohol here. I couldn’t celebrate a 2nd birthday with just one beer, so also featured is @bandicoot_brewing Insomniac. A sharp coffee 6.5% Porter which poured like thick cream. If there was ever an alcoholic coffee milkshake, this would be it!

Disney Trivia was much more difficult than I anticipated and Porter wasn’t much help (he is very handsome though right?) I've been waiting for as long as I've been running this page for @bodriggybrewingco to finally open it's doors, over 100 posts now. I never could have anticipated just how much I'd love what the team have achieved with the venue space. Back for my second visit this week, today I'm drinking the Big Night DIPA - a thick, nectary 8% New England DIPA. Citrusy, hippy, tropical fruit on the nose, this DIPA goes on to smash the palate with full and creamy coconut and stonefruit flavours. Low on the bitter, but high on the boozy zest. It's in great company on the taplist with old favourites including the Blinker Dark Ale, the Cosmic Microwave, and the Space Milk. Congrats on the hard work @bodriggybrewingco ! I’ve been to @eobrewing a few times for drinks but I finally stayed for a bite to eat and let me tell you the food is just as good as the beer! I opted for Of Dinosaurs and Horses, a collab with @ponysaurusbrewing. A white IPA brewed with tangerine and orange peel. Super pillowy mouthfeel with some notes of bubblegum mixing with the orange. It was a great pairing with pork egg rolls and a white pizza!
