.. I knw i promised home workout may be 10 yrs ago but finally i m posting today. Dont forget to like❤ and save this for ur gym or home workout. Excuse the camera angles coz i shot it on my own and also my early mrn out of bed face . My two favs of all time and can be done anywhere and no equip required. Squats no points for guessing. Body weights are must for warm ups or burn outs. Sit slow on puff and stand again. While sitting don't use gravity, feel the muscle at work and while standing up push through your heels. Assisted single leg deads. These are bomb trust me. They work so well on glutes while separating it from other muscles in use. Idea is to bend while pushing body behind. Feel the glutes on fire and push back rather than aiming low. I suggest to use some weights may be bottles,babies,pillows,heavy books! Ok shtup rashmi u can do body weight too its just like i don't feel complete without weights. For sets n reps i like to keep them high, something like 4 x 30 or may be 40 or may be 50. Excuse me did u say i m crazy no i m nt i jusstt lobe that burnnnnnn... I like to finish my workout with a scoop of @myprotein. It provides the perfect combo of HIIT and weight lifting. I made it to reflect how I personally love to workout- how I usually workout . WORKOUT DESCRIPTION EXAMPLE⬇️ . (NOT a circuit workout) -8-10 min warm up on treadmill (3-3.5 speed at 8-10 incline or 10 mins on stair master at level 3-4 *NOT SHOWN* -3 sets of 15 bent over single plate row (LIGHTER WEIGHT) -SUPERSET 4-5 sets of 12 T-bar rows into 4 jump over bar push ups (if you do not have a T-bar, you could just use a barbell at this kind of angle on the ground) 20 sec rest in between sets -SUPERSET 3-4 sets of smith machine (or barbell) shoulder shrugs (AMRAP) into 8-10 burpees 20 sec rest in between sets -4 sets of 6-8 bent over double plate (or dumbbell) rows (heavier to heavier weight) with 30 sec rest in between sets -8 mins interval sprints on treadmill (20 sec walk, 25 sec sprint, 15 sec rest) *NOT SHOWN* -COOL DOWN (walk it out and then stretch it out) *NOT SHOWN* . I wanted to give you workouts that challenge you and that you will be able to see progression with. You will have 16 different workouts, like this one☝and then with the next 16 workouts, you will be upping reps/sets to show your progression and give you the extra push to end summer with a freaking BANG . I know this is called the “summer burnout challenge” but this is going to alwaysssss be available!!! You can start whenever. It is not for a specific group of months . MISSION BEACH BODY 50 zrobiona ✔✅ Żałuję, że nie porobiłam zdjęć na których więcej widać... bo tak trudniej ocenić efekty. Dziś się zmierzyłam. Nie jest to pozwalająca metamorfoza- minus 2cm na brzuchu, lekko zarysowane mięśnie, widać, że łapka to już nie flak tylko coś tam jest, strach się bać Nie wiem czy jesteście w stanie coś tam dostrzec, ja widzę różnicę Ale najważniejsza zmiana to ta w głowie Jedyna, która naprawdę się liczy i pozwoli dalej działać. To nie koniec, to dopiero początek To wyzwanie dało mi mnóstwo. Kompletnie się tego nie spodziewałam. Na początku nie chciałam dodawać postów, bo co sobie pomyśli ktoś tam. A w rzeczywistości większość sobie pomyślało, jak super, że coś takiego robię i okazywało mi wsparcie. Dzięki za to Pozdrawiam też cały #chodagang. Nie spodziewałam się, że dostanę tyle motywacji od was. Zawsze można było liczyć na dobre słowo Było was tyle, że nie jestem w stanie wszystkich wymienić, dlatego po prostu kieruję to do każdej z Was. Dałyśmy czadu babki. Do zobaczenia, na treningach! Teraz znikam trochę z mediów społecznościowych, trzeba odpocząć od aktywności online i dodawania postów Korzystałam z beactivetv Postów 49/50, codziennie wjeżdał raport. Treningów ze względu na mały zabieg chirurgiczny i obecne przeziębienie wyszło mniej niż powinno. Wpadłam z wyzwania na trochę ponad tydzień. I ostatnie PS Jestem bardzo ciekawa opinii, ciekawa też komentarzy #chodagang. Czekam na to co napiszesz PS 2 Fota nr 3. To zdjęcie uświadomiło mi jedną rzecz.
