not your typical energy ball, but damn are these good Lemon Blueberry with only 5 ingredients! These little babies are perfect for summer because they’re bright, flavorful and grab-n-go I had one as I raced to @soulcycle this morning and it was the perfect little boost I needed. Not too heavy and perfectly sweet

I picked up some coconut oil and chia seeds and made these delicious energy bites.. which have officially become my favorite snack (recipe adapted from @holyhealth ). •1/2 cup peanut butter
•1/4 cup honey
•1.5 tbsp chia seeds
•1.5 tbsp mini choc chips
•1 tbsp coconut oil
[roll into balls, set in freezer. Melt 2 tsp coconut oil and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Cover in chocolate then top with sea salt]
