Stabilo Bionic Heute nehme ich für euch einmal den Bionic von @stabilodeutschland in den Farben grün, rot und schwarz unter die Lupe. Zunächst fällt auf, dass der Tintenroller dicker ist, als die meisten anderen. Dadurch liegt er angenehm in der Hand und die Hand wird bei längeren Korrekturen nicht müde. Der Stift schreibt mit 0,4mm einigermaßen weich, aber sticht in dieser Hinsicht nicht sonderlich hervor. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Tintenroller kaum bis gar nicht schmiert. Ich habe es mehrfach ausprobiert und wirklich sofort nach dem Schreiben mit dem Finger über die Tinte gewischt. Die Tinte ist sofort trocken. Sie lässt sich außerdem wieder auffüllen, was besonders bei uns vielschreibenden Lehrern gut ist. Es wäre auch schade, wenn man den hochwertigen Stift nach kurzer Zeit wegwerfen müsste, weil die Patrone leer ist. One of the best things I've done for myself has been going to counseling. Our big focus lately has been setting boundaries. I'm a yes girl. I have a really hard time saying no because honestly, I feel guilty. But the problem is that then I say yes so much that I become overwhelmed with everything I have going on. Right before surgery, we talked about setting boundaries for when I get home. I decided my boundaries would be only one visitor a day and only during the day, so nights could still be our family of three's time together. One of the first things she asked in our session today was how it was going with the boundaries I set. And honestly, it feels amazing. My social cup is still being filled with visitors, but I'm not overwhelmed. I don't feel guilty saying that my day or week is full, and asking someone to stop by next week. I don't feel guilty because I'm doing what's best for ME, and that should always be my priority. So my challenge to you is if you're a yes girl, like me, set boundaries. You don't owe your time to anyone but yourself. Set boundaries for your time, and don't feel guilty saying no!

You put up with me constantly spilling on myself, in public and at home. You didn't leave me when I pooped in your gym shorts I was wearing when I had food poisoning a few months into our relationship. You're the best at answering my walkie talkie calls in the middle of the night for water or medicine. I’m loving the newest addition to my classroom decor! Thank you @aperfectblendteaching for the font selection! Here’s how I did it... 1️⃣ Changed my PowerPoint slide to 11 by 8.5. 2️⃣ Typed in the phrase I wanted and made each letter large so about 3 letters fit on a page. 3️⃣ Printed the saying on card stock paper and cut meticulously. 4️⃣ Now here is the crazy part... I used hot glue to stick the letters on the concrete wall! Try it out! I find that I can peel it off without taking off paint! .
