Once again I have totally stolen this idea! This time from a recent post by @levit8_aerialyoga_and_pilates ... I would encourage you to go look at her version as it’s much prettier than mine . I love the timing and coordination challenge you get from throwing the ball and then the control challenge you get from lower/lifting with the weight of the ball. This angle of filming is also great to see how balanced you are (or aren’t!) right to left ... lots of fun! #fitball #fitballworkout .

Сначала делаем весь комплекс на одну ногу, потом на вторую:
️Тяга на 1 ноге - 10
️Пружинка - 20
️Сгибание голени - 10
️Статика - 20 сек
️Ещё пружинка - 20
.
Количество повторений и удержания в статике можно менять.
Под "менять" я, конечно, имею ввиду "добавлять".
И делать не 10-20, а 30-40
Ещё более яркие ощущения обеспечены

Самое главное:
✅Ровная спина
✅Мышцы пресса включены
✅В пояснице НЕ прогибаемся
✅Работаем ЯГОДИЦАМИ, а не по инерции
✅И не теряем равновесие

У фитбола, как спортивного снаряда, есть очень важное свойство: он создаёт нестабильную поверхность.

Это помогает нам включить баланс тела, развить координацию и мышцы стабилизаторы.
Что особенно актуально в вопросе ровной осанки.

Я очень люблю этот комплекс и часто включаю его на своих тренировках

Всего 5 упражнений.
Делаем 3 подхода по 10-15 повторений.
Самое главное - не торопись (видео ускорено) и делай осознанно.
И держи равновесие

It's basically the Reformer Footwork in parallel and Pilates V (turned out), on a shoulder bridge. Not sure if you can tell, but I'm switching positions on each rep. Turning out and in from the hips.

Engage your abs ✅
No weight on neck, keep it on your arms and shoulder blades ✅
Focus on maintaining waist height and leg length ✅
Dig your heels on the ball, flex and point the toes ✅
#Hamstrings and Glutes on

Thanks to everyone who voted on my poll regarding Pilates certification. I'm happy to see the vast majority indicating that certification is not crucial when it comes to Pilates. That's not to say it's not important to be certified and keep educating yourself by attending as many workshops as possible. But that is just the beginning. It takes time, commitment, passion, and dedication through work and self practice. And ideally learning from people who've been doing it for a while. As opposed to considering ourselves knowledgeable by attending weekend seminars.
