I do a lot of foam rolling due to my hip bursitis & low back pain, as the surrounding areas get really tight. Foam rolling is really good to do especially if you train, it helps smooth out your fascia, the connective tissue that stretches over & through your muscles therefore increasing blood flow to your muscles creating better mobility, helping with recovery & performance.

Did you know that once upon a time I was well in to health and fitness? I did crossfit for years and I absolutely loved it ️♀️I gave it up when we went to Europe for two months and planned to go back when we returned but then we moved towns, Tilly came along... You get the picture.
In the last three years I have had the odd stint at the gym but the fitness bug hasn't stuck.. I’m not going to lie it’s definitely a juggle trying to keep fit and being a mum! Not only do you need to keep yourself on track but you also have to try get two small humans out the door and that ends up being a workout in itself Energy is something that I’ve been lacking since having Willow so I’m so happy I finally found a natural preworkout @nakedharvestsupplements. Being healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. There is so much crap out there in the fitness industry that even I get confused.
Eat good food that does good things to you.
Exercise and move your bod the way you enjoy.
Talk kindly to yourself.
Don’t be around shit people.
Laugh as much as you can.
People were healthy back before the days of fad diets, intermittent fasting, over-calculated workout regimes, waist trainers and over-complicated information from people who have absolutely no qualifications and say big words to sell themselves and their bullshit.
Why fix what isn’t broken?
Enjoy the rest of your day.
