Summer is a perfect time to work on your veggie game. With so many different veggies in season, you can try a different one each week. A simple sauté is a great way to prepare them. Körperfettreduktion passiert grundlegend in drei Schritten:

1 - Mobilisierung von Fettsäuren
Aufspaltung der gespeicherten Triglyceride
Freisetzung aus den Fettzellen in den Blutkreislauf
wie einfach dies passiert, ist u.a. abhängig von der Größe der Fettzellen, der Art des eingelagerten Fetts und dem Hormonhaushalt

2 - Abtransport Fettzellen können Fett nicht “verbrennen“
bereitgestellte Fette müssen dorthin transportiert werden, wo sie als Energie verwendet werden können geschieht durch hohe Blutflussrate
sonst werden sie einfach wieder eingelagert (wahrscheinlicher bei niedriger Blutflussrate)

Transport in Muskelzellen zur Energiebereitstellung

3 - Fettverbrennung

blueberry muffin baked oats—> 1/2 cup gluten free oats, 1/2 mashed banana, 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen peptides, 1/2 tsp baking soda and powder, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup @goodmylkco almond milk, and frozen blueberries. mix all wet ingredients then add dry and combine. lastly stir in blueberries. pour into an oven save dish and bake at 375 for 25-30 min depending on how firm you want it!! top with PB of course, and enjoy!

Pork ribs with a tangy tasty marinate sauce
Avocado, tomato & ref kidney beans salad
Sharon fruit dessert Pork ribs
Overnight marinade recipe
800g pork ribs
1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
1 to 2 tbs olive oil ( In used macadamia nut oil
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic pepper
Salt and pepper
1tsp smoked chilli flakes
2 limes, squeezed
90 ml honey
90ml Jimmy steakhouse sauce @jimmysaucessa
Method
Rub the pork ribs with the rosemary and thyme. Mix all the spices together in the bowl then gently the pork the ribs with the spices on both side and drizzle with oil. Whisk together the lime juice, jimmy sauce and honey until well combined. Brush or spread the sauce over the ribs generously and leaving some to use later. Marinate overnight in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 180°C
Place the ribs onto a foil, brush with the marinate. Cover with foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes covered. After 30 minutes, gently uncover the ribs. Rub with the last bit of the marinate and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes or so.
Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
