2 years ago I would never have made it to the top. I would’ve gotten to this point, turned around and said “this is it! This is as far as I need to go. Let’s turn around”. ⠀

I know this because historically that’s what I’ve always done. I get THIS CLOSE to reaching my goals and just when it starts to get “too hard” I pack up and turn back. ⠀

I self sabotage ⠀

How many times have you gotten SO CLOSE only to give up or “stay stuck”? ⠀

2 years ago this was me. Every. Single. Day. ⠀
I thrived off of my own doubt and negative self-talk. Today is different. ⠀

“I am capable. This isn’t hard. It’s a challenge and I am capable of conquering it”⠀
⠀
I made it to the top. ((And then I leaned off of it...but that’s another story ))⠀
⠀
Moral of the story. KEEP GOING! ⠀
There was a point where I wanted to turn around, but I kept trekking up this rocky slope and the reward was well worth it! ⠀

Whatever we had at @zonebytheparkjammu made us pretty happy and full.
It is a newly built property, ultra modern ambience at par with top brands. The restaurant is named as BAZAAR. Me and partner just loved the cultural dogri touch in the restaurant menu from dhooni rajma to gulab patti kheer everything was top notch.

Puedes adelantarlas el fin de semana y guardar por porción en el congelador para que te sea más rápido. Le puse microgreens de girasol, aguacate, arúgula, col morada macerada en limón, dos tipos de lentejas y garbanzos tiernos mas un poco de semillas de girasol germinadas. -

So many take anti depressants and they don’t really work...or numb us out, or make us fat, or cause us to care less about sex. All no bueno symptoms.

Sooooo, to feel happy; heal your gut. And then you heal your life.
It warmed up the slightest bit and that was all I needed to whip up a smoothie bowl. Clearly one of my favorite things to eat, especially this combo. Banana & Mango. Just blend 1 1/2 frozen bananas with a handful of frozen mango in a @vitamix. Add any adaptogens, flax, chia, and a scoop of nut butter. I like @ommushrooms reishi and liones mane in this one. I add enough liquid (filtered water) to get it moving. Topped with a little granola and cacao nibs (high antioxidants) for some crunch. Yum, Yum
