I never had a choice when it came to choosing healthcare as a profession. Since I was a kid, being a doctor was all I ever wanted to do when I grew up. My grandma even got custom made scrubs for me when I was in kindergarten for career day. For elementary school graduation, I told the audience I wanted to be a scientist to cure Alzheimer’s and Diabetes. Then in high school, I honed in on becoming a pharmacist. You see, becoming a healthcare provider was never a choice for me, it was innate. Helping the community with their medical needs is my passion and I’ve never felt more home than when I’m doing just that. Smutno mi. Ostatnio czytając w internecie posty na każdym kroku można natknąć się na jakieś tematy budzące emocje, kontrowersyjne, tendencyjne, kierujące się wewnętrznymi wierzeniami i przekonaniami. W komentarzach pełno ekspertów z każdej dziedziny, niekoniecznie mówiących logiczne, poparte wiedzą naukową rzeczy. Mniejszy jest ból wewnętrzny, gdy kłótnia dotyczy tego, czy Ziemia jest płaska, ale jeżeli widzę komentarze w których ktoś zamiast leczenia onkologicznego, doradza jeść korzeń mniszka raz dziennie to nie wiem czy śmiać się, czy płakać. Zastanawiam się w którą stronę to wszystko zmierza. Jak myślicie, takich ekspertów od wszystkiego, szczepionek, zdrowia, jedzenia będzie przybywać? Myślę nad tym, czy istnieją jakieś realne szanse na ukrócenie tego procederu doradzania, diagnozowania i leczenia bez minimalnego kierunkowego wykształcenia... Hey babes I’m back✨ I took my NAPLEX exam on Friday! (still awaiting the results, send positive vibes) After a week of hardcore study mode where you don’t even know what day it is or the temperature outside it was so nice to put myself back together for my besties party! I booked a nail appointment, self tanned and had a major self care night, so it’s safe to say the luxe has been put back into The Luxe Pharmacist✨ I am also getting so excited because I start residency in TWO weeks!‍⚕️ I still have my MPJE to study for, my exam is scheduled for the day after hospital orientation, but I really want to start working on all the new content I have planned for you guys!
