5 steps of UX Design Define A good place to start is asking yourself ‘What can we do to improve this problem?’. Research After we gather all sorts of info on the problem, we need to start defining our customers. We should map out their social behaviors, demographics, motivations for using a product or service, and their expectations. Analyze Now is the time to put all of your ideas to a sketch board and let the creativity flow. Centered around this problem, no idea is off the table. This phase is about generating solutions to problems. Design Concepting, wire framing, prototyping, and creating flows are completed in this step. The goal is to build and implement those solutions discussed in the first step and provide the high fidelity visuals for real-world feedback. Test Here is where we get to validate our designs and research. We’ll gather feedback and analyze those results. If necessary, we’ll return to step 1 and repeat the process until Product Market Fit is achieved.
