Combine this with evenly spaced meal times and you’ll be able to stay snack free and hunger free for the whole period. - ➡️ Finally, don’t give yourself too much of a caloric deficit to deal with. Obviously stopping drinking will benefit your health in many other ways. - ➡️ Alcohol is not stored as fat. However, the calories from alcohol are used first for energy before any other source - this means that your body will not burn fat while there is alcohol in your system. - ➡️ However, a diet should be for the long term, and if you don't feel like you can give up alcohol for at least a year then there is no need to. Stick to wine, beer, or spirits with diet sodas.
