Summers so much cooler without my hair; one plus of having to shave my head. I have 13 stitches and a swollen eye, but I’m also super close to getting my RNS to control my seizures. So happy to be home from the hospital but actually can’t wait to go back to get my stimulator in a month. Oscar is now falling into head #tremors EVERY time he starts to doze off. A form of mild #seizures What was just at bedtime is now all day long every time he even naps. He is on #Zonisamide and pharmaceutical #CBD and we just added today Potassium Bromide. We know that the more seizures he has the more common they become, the pathways that get triggered apparently start to dig that pathway and stay the course. This sucks. The good news is that he can be pulled out of the tremors with distraction (toys, ball, treats) and i get him out in less than a minute. The bad news is the frequency. The other good news is that these are not #grandmals . The bad news is my dog is a chemistry experiment. Have I mentioned how much this fucking sucks. But we made a deal... I won’t go anywhere (for longer than a few hours at a clip) if he won’t go anywhere.
