Why did you start working out? For me this was 5,5 years ago and tbh I started with fitness because I was “bored”. I hadn’t played any sports for over a year and had nothing better to do Until one my friends asked me to join him for a gym session and gym was also having a first 3 month discount so I signed in as well. At first I only went to the gym if my friends were going, but this has changed quickly. That’s the equivalent of you having to spend around 20-40 minutes on a Cross-Trainer working at a fairly hard pace in order to burn off ONE SLICE! . So my point here isn’t that you can’t have just bear in mind that if you don’t have that many calories in your allowance to play with, unless you’ve got hours and hours to spare performing cardio, it might be better to go for a lower calorie alternative. . PIZZA HACKING TIP: Go for a normal supermarket pizza and share it with a friend/partner. Add extra meat to pump up the protein and add salad to leave you feeling full. .
