‍♂️BEREUE ICH MEINE OP‍♂️ #tbt Morgen sind es genau 9 Wochen nach der #hallux Operation. Ich hab das Ding 15 Jahre lang mit mir rumgeschleppt, das heißt 15 Jahre lang eingeschränkt in der Beweglichkeit des Zehs, im tragen diverser Schuhe und 15 Jahre lange Fehlbelastung. Diese 15 Jahre bekommt man nicht innerhalb der darauffolgenden Wochen eingeholt oder ausgeglichen, nee .. nach jetzt 9 Wochen merke ich denk Fuß immer noch, aber ich kann einschätzen was ich damit machen kann, kann einschätzen wie ich mich bewegen muss. Meine Ärzte und Physiotherapeuten machen mir auch öfter klar, dass man 15 Jahre nicht mit einem fingerschnipps vergessen machen kann, aber im groben und ganzen bereue ich die Op NICHT. ‍♂️ man weiß vorher worauf man sich einlässt, dass man schmerzen haben wird, eingeschränkt sein wird - VORÜBERGEHEND. Es war eine bewusste Entscheidung und bereut hätte ich sie nur, wenn ich es nicht hätte machen lassen. So what ? Lieber diverse Monate nach der Op Probleme mit dem Fuß, als mein restliches Leben ‍♂️ also alles richtig gemacht und ich freue mich auf die nächste Zeit, es wird nämlich immer besser seid gespannt !!

It’s determined by movement 2️⃣ That hack job of a #bunionectomy was 20+ years ago. Her distal part of her big toe hasn’t touched the ground in 20 yrs. She knew they screwed up. She kept hiking. She kept moving. She adapted Now, her determination to move kept her going. I always say, compensation is a good thing, until it no longer is Here’s the current problem 1️⃣ We have no function of FHL. That beautiful muscle, and if you came to our course , you would know that the FHL should act as an isometric ‘tensioner’ in conjunction with fascial contraction to pull the fibula down, deepen the ankle socket and prevent ankle sprains So cool truly. Now if I can’t do that because my big toe is permanently giving me the , what happens ? Well you are going to leak into that left leg, frontal plane instability causing a functional short left leg resulting in low back pain She’s been dealing with that big toe for 20 years. We’re not touching that thing. I gave her a sole lift for the left limb, hip abduction work, and HOPE ❤️ At our staff meeting the next day, my business partner said, “there was a really nice message from some lady you saw yesterday. She’s moving better, less pain” ❤️ Thank you . This is the WHY. I was giddy when I thought of this... here we go. Recap of last week. we talked about 3 main contributors to medial arch control. ie. Flat foot. So yes we need isolated control first...Specific exercises for the brain connection...for example the clamshell. But needed. Make sure the patient has post tib, ab hallucis and FHB control then.....time for some FUN. Let’s integrate all 3. Holy hell this is hard. 1. Orange band preventing rearfoot collapse ie. Posterior tibialis 2. Green band giving kinesthetic cueing for flexor hallucis brevis. Don’t let it go. Don’t. Do. It. 3. Lift all toes. Bring that big toe towards midline....ABductor hallucis 4. Maintain tripod. Don’t let the orange band collapse midfoot and don’t left green band give that door a smack. Progressions: 1. Lift heel on opposite leg 2. Balance 3. Extend opposite leg 4. Curtsy lunge You lose if if that green band flies away. Hallux Varus - один из возможных вариантов осложнений после коррекции Hallux Valgus. P.S. От него никто не застрахован на все 100%, как пациент, так и хирург(не зависимо от квалификации и опыта). Некоторые причины- 1️⃣ Избыточная резекция головки первой плюсневой кости, 2️⃣ Полный латеральный релиз капсулы, 3️⃣ Избыточное натяжение медиальной части капсулы, 4️⃣ Повышенная супинация стопы. P.S. Главное, что его можно устранить. Ножка Пати @missgentinskaya (Возраст 2️⃣7️⃣). Оперировали её в 2015г., в одной из клиник Москвы. Операция была выполнена отлично, но, к сожалению, в послеоперационном периоде «что-то пошло не так». Я настаивал на повторном обращении к хирургу который её прооперировал, но пациентка приняла решение оперироваться у нас. Сегодня на приём пришла девушка, которую ранее прооперировали (корректировали Hallux Valgus) в клинике по месту жительства (не имеет никакого значения, в какой именно), с жалобами на шишку в области основания 1-ой плюсневой кости левой стопы и боли, усиливающейся при ношении любого типа «закрытой» обуви. Ознакомившись с рентгенограммами и осмотрев стопу стало ясно, что причина боли - «торчащая» под кожей головка винта, которая была источником боли и спровоцировала локальный процесс воспаления мягких тканей. Предложил пациентке обратиться к врачу, который её прооперировал, на что она ответила, что ранее обращалась к нему, но он настоял на том, что это кость, а не винт и что нужно «открыться» и «почистить», а винт удалять винт нельзя.... Но мы его удалили, амбулаторно, без анестезии, из 5 мм разреза, швы не накладывали. P.S. В прошлом видео с эпизодом удаления винта я заменил фоновые голоса на музыку, а в этом оставил в оригинале, так как многие предполагали, что музыкой я заглушил крики пациентки
