TIPS PARA LOS ATRACONES DE COMIDA:
Creo que alguna vez todos hemos experimentado ese deseo interminable de tragarte toda tu nevera hasta que no haya un gramo de comida sobrante, aun así no sintamos hambre. Aquí les dejo unos tips de lo que hacer en esas situaciones:
- Toma mucha agua, puede ser que tengas sed y lo estés confundiendo con hambre.
- Hazte un té caliente.
- Intenta encontrar y resolver a causa de lo que te esta provocando ansiedad.
- Sal a hacer ejercicio, te va a ayudar a liberar tu mente y además como se liberan endocrinas también te ayudara con la ansiedad.
- Mastica chicle sin azúcar (yo 24/7)
- Si no tienes ánimos de hacer ejercicio por lo menos sal a tomar aire fresco, camina un poco.
- Haz algo que te distraiga, que Mantega tu mente entretenida. (Leer un libro, ver una serie o película de tu agrado, llamar a una amiga, lo que sea)
- Trata de salir, de hacer un plan fuera de casa. Así no tendrás la tentación al frente tuyo - Si tienes antojo de carbohidratos en la noche podría ser falta de proteína durante el día.
- Habla con alguien que te ayude a liberar la ansiedad.

I frequently get asked: “how do you have the motivation to work out all the time?” My answer sometimes is just “idk, I like the gym.” ♀️ The real reason why I am motivated to always work out is because I absolutely love seeing my body change. I stopped doubting myself and my abilities. I started to believe that I am strong and can always get stronger. Once I started seeing a little muscle growth, I worked even harder towards my goals and went to the gym more often. Of course I have days that I don’t feel like going to the gym, but who doesn’t After a rest day or two, I’m back in the game though. I know that if I want my “dream body,” I must work for it.

Promessa é divida! Segue a receita da torta de frango q vcs tanto me pediram. Façam pq fica sensacional!!! ...
INGREDIENTES:
500g de peito de frango
2 tomates 1 xícara de milho verde
1 xicara de ervilha
1 xicara de palmito
1 xícara de azeitonas Cebola, alho a gosto
...
MASSA:
2 ovos
1 xícara de azeite
2 xícaras de farinha de arroz
2 xícaras de leite de amêndoas 1 colher de chá de fermento químico
PREPARO DA MASSA: apenas bater todos os ingredientes no liquidificador
RECHEIO: Cozinhar o peito de frango e desfiar;
Refogar cebola, alho, acrescentar os tomates, frango e os demais ingredientes, reservar por aproximadamente 10 minutos Fazer uma camada com a massa, outra com o recheio e cobrir com o restaurante da massa. Assar em temperatura média por aproximadamente 20 minutos ou até dourar
