Physique update because I haven’t done one in forever! Just got out of the boot last week & finally back into a solid workout routine. The last 2 months have been an “adapt & overcome”. I maintained a steady schedule at my home gym and did what I could. Finally back at LA & able to walk fully! We are still going to take some time from hitting legs, but we will be back soon! Cardio & abs are on the agenda for the next few weeks. Being out of the gym made me realize how important living a healthy lifestyle really is.
