Creating a logo is one of the projects that requires a lot of focus and attention because I'm not just creating a symbol but something that represents a business and showcases it's uniqueness. It's a process that involves: ⁣ ⁣ •Reading through a client's brief, ⁣ •Researching colours, symbols, other competitors/businesses in same field,⁣ •Creating a draft, ⁣ •Building on the draft while trying to match client's style/specifications, ⁣ •Adding finishing touches and testing its usability for branding purposes, ⁣ •Presentation to client for feedback & revisions⁣ •Final file delivery in agreed formats. ⁣ ⁣ Tedious abi? Not really, not for you, all you get involved in is the first and last 2 steps. Each logo is and every business represented here is a thriving one. ⁣ Don't be pressured! Creating a logo isn't something you rush to do, it's a conscious decision and process knowing that your business truly needs it. A good logo sets the tone for the rest of your branding whether you like it or not, so does a bad one too . Most times I do not take up design projects because the client wants a quick 'sharp sharp' something, doesn't provide me with a brief even when I send a list and isn't ready to discuss any details even when I try to lead the conversation. In many cases, from my experience, it's a sure recipe for 'disaster'! (I may talk more on this soon). So take your time, start when you're ready, work together with a Graphic designer ( hopefully me ) to achieve a befitting logo/brand identity. ⁣ PS: Did I tell you of how I'm an underpriced overdeliverer?
