ESSENTIAL TOOLS FOR FREELANCERS / ENTREPRENEUR⠀ ⠀ Every day we need to stay organized and on top of our tasks, but sometimes it's impossible to do that without proper tools in place. I want to share some of the tools that I do use on an everyday basis and which helps me be on top of my work. There are not unique or special; you probably heard of them before!⠀ ⠀ 1) Trello (@trelloapp). Honestly, I think it's one of the best tools I have ever used. We use Trello every single day to stay on track with orders, requests and daily tasks. We both use it for the Team in Russia and the Philippines.⠀ ⠀ 2) Google Sheets. Helps us stay organized with the projects we have and any changes that need to be done. If you have a large volume of orders or customers, you will find this tool useful so you won't forget any detail of the order.⠀ ⠀ 3) Slack or WhatsApp. Our primary tool for communicating internally in the team. It's hard to use the only one because for example in Russia we are very used to WhatsApp and all the communication is happening there. Once the team grows bigger, we would use Slack ⠀ ⠀ 4) Grammarly (@grammarly). One of the best ways to check for your grammar or correction. I use it on an everyday basis with communicating with clients, writing my posts on Instagram, sending Emails and many more things. You should try it if you have not yet!⠀ ⠀ What about you?
