Natuna Oilvera's Madaline's Gold Dust Organic Face Mask Ini adalah organic face mask pertamaku dan dari lokal brand! masker organic sepertinya booming banget akhir2 ini, banyak lokal brand bermunculan dengan masker andalannya. Lalu apasih yang membuatku tertarik dengan masker ini? Masker ini bisa dimakan meskipun tentunya ini ga akan aku makan haha. Ini beberapa manfaat dari kandungannya, Gold : Mengurangi keriput dan flek hitam, mencerahkan kulit, meningkatkan elastisitas kulit. Strawberry : Mencerahkan wajah, anti-aging alami, mencegah jerawat. Hibiscus : Mengencangkan kulit, Mempercepat regenera si sel, kaya antioksidan, meningkatkan kelembapan. Dikemas dalam jar plastik berisi 35gr yang menurutku cukup banyak, bisa dipakai hingga 10x. Masker ini sebelum dikasih air warnanya putih kecoklatan tapi setelah dikasih air warnanya berubah agak cream dengan kilau emas dan strawberry + hibiscus flakes. Teksturnya agak kasar karena bahan utamanya oats powder jadi sedikit menggumpal, baunya juga bau khas oat tidak ada tambahan pewangi. Butuh waktu 20-30 menit untuk kering seluruhnya. Setelah masker kering aku bilas dengan air dingin, awalnya aku merasa uda cukup bersih membilasnya, tapi ketika aku melihat dicermin ternyata gold dust nya itu nempel dikulit, jadi kayak pake highlighter warna gold diseluruh wajah akhirnya aku putuskan untuk membilasnya sekali lagi menggunakan air hangat hingga gold dust nya bener2 hilang. Hasilnya, diawal pemakaian yang aku rasakan kulit jadi terasa lebih halus. Sempat takut kalo gold dust nya bakal menyumbat pori-pori dan bikin jerawat, tapi ternyata aman2 aja bahkan aku telah menggunakannya beberapa kali. For the longest time, I've been avoiding powdered masks through out winter because most of them contain clays. I wish I knew about @earthwisebeauty Catharsis* mask earlier, my first powdered mask with no clays that is gentle enough to be used as often as desired. Ava describes Catharis as a healing, hydrating, firming, invigorating acne treatment mask, one that delivers immediate results. You get clay mask like clean, refreshed, brightened, softened skin without stripping or drying .. I love the simplicity of the formula, it is a powerful blend of 5 ingredients - Aloe leaf powder, Neem(has been used in Ayurveda for centuries for acne treatment.), Spirulina, Chlorella and Orange peel powder and smells like Algae & Neem. Ava recommends adding hot water and letting the powder brew in it like tea before adding some honey. It transforms into a bright green gel like paste. Application can be a little tricky and is best done using your fingers ensuring trouble spots are well covered. I do not let the mask dry and use a mist to activate it and usually rinse it off in shower, your skin appears rejuvenated and firmed (you sense this tightening on washing off the mask).
