There are some updates, including the favorited Carnivore food pyramid. I was asked the most, “where’s the fish?” I had it in text but now I’ve added a shellfish and fish icon. I’ve also incorporated organ meat as it really should have been there all along.

We all see the world a little differently and I’m simply trying to break down the carnivore diet into manageable pieces for consumption. Choose what you agree with or don’t and make your own Carnivore lifestyle that works best for you.

Carnivroe and this way of eating has tremendously reduced my anxiety and cravings however it doesn't mean every day will be perfect. Those old triggers of work stress and having candy dishes everywhere was speaking to me loudly today!! .

. I took some deep breaths, went for a walk around the building, and messaged my husband for support. I have long since thrown out my old clothes but I decided to stop by Kohls on my way home and try on a pair of pants in my old size (20). Even though I was feeling slightly better this visual was a much needed reminder of how far I have come and that I now have better tools to deal with my stress. .

Maintaince has been tricky for me...I have still been consistent but it doesn't mean I can stop focusing on my goals and my long term health. And while better health and feeling good is an important focus sometimes a superficial visual is a better reminder for me. #onedayatatime #carnivorediet

There’s also an epic AUSTIN MEAT UP during @ketocon! I’m sure there’s more but how exiting is this carnivore movement, guys?!.

@kevinstock12 considers Meat + Water Carnivore, Level 3 in his version of the Carnivore Diet, of which there are 3 levels. This way of eating is a perfect way to do an elimination diet. Most people do not have food sensitivities to meat, specifically beef. Eat Meat + Water for a few weeks. See how you feel—that’s your baseline. Then incorporate one food at a time, for several days. See how you feel. Worse? Probably better to omit that food from your diet.

@paulsaladinomd @franktufano are fans of Nose to Tail Carnivore, otherwise known as the Ancestral Carnivore Diet. Eat animal foods, from nose to tail and everything in between. With fish, include the head and eggs, just like our ancestors. Simple as that. The thought is that this way of eating is a far more nutrient-dense version of the Carnivore diet.

@shawnbaker1967 @kendberry.md are leaders in the Zero Carb Carnivore space. Eat everything from the animal kingdom. Nothing else. Processed meats are permissible but fresh, real food meats are preferred. There is much more flexibility in this carnivorous way of eating: raw vs. cooked, organ vs. muscle meat, processed vs. fresh meat, organic vs. conventional—it’s all on the table. This diet is the tried and true Carnivore Diet that the long-time Carnivore veterans have followed (10+ years).

Keto Carnivore is one of the most popular carnivore diets as of late. Some purists would not consider this a carnivorous way of eating but to each their own.✌

Personally, no version is necessarily better than the other. Bioindividuality is key. Do what will allow you to be consistent and committed for the long-run. Do what works best for you and only you know that.♥️

Both marinating ideas can be the first step to then prepare liver the other ways. I know lemon isn’t carnivore but I’ve noticed that sometimes the milk soak doesn’t help much. ♀️.

Post fasting glow!! I fasted myself into the keto rash again (good thing I’m single!!) 65 hrs total. Wanted to go longer but for some reason the salt water and electrolytes just weren’t doing anything for me and I needed to eat. Ate grass fed Hamburg and Kerry gold butter. About 1/2 the portion I usually eat and feeling satisfied. I’m going to make sure I eat the right ratio of fat/protein so I can stay in ketosis this time.
