I have to admit, after only a week since @getolympus sent me a bunch of camera gear to try out for a couple months for free, I am really enjoying getting to know this camera system! Here’s an example why. This sunset was photographed last night using the new OM-D E-M1X body and M.Zuiko 12-40mm f2.8 Pro lens. It was shot hand-held in High Resolution mode that produces a 50MP file! It was shot at 1/8s at f6.3 at 12mm at ISO 400. And I am quite impressed with the results!! Normally for this type of shot I’d be out there with my tripod, because 1/8s is usually too slow of a shutter speed to handhold for sharp images. But the Olympus image stabilization handled things just fine without the use of my tripod. And this was shot in the High Resolution mode which ends up taking a bunch of lower-res shots and combines them into a 50MP file. Not only that, but dynamic range was large enough to get enough details out of the foreground without introducing noise, and overall I’m just not seeing any noise at at all at ISO 400. I could see this photo looking fantastic as a 45” x 60” print after upsizing in @on1photo . 昨日は、そうだ！貝を拾いに行こうと思いつき、娘にパパ、貝拾いたくない、ディズニーに行きたいと言われながら強引に潮干狩りに 行った場所は通称、香港のウユニ塩湖、水口村泥灘掘蜆！ （ウユニ塩湖とはかけ離れている） 道中、道に迷い、とてつもない不安に襲われたが笑、なんとかたどり着きました！ MTR東涌駅からバスで30分ほど、バスは11番11A番か23番で水口駅で降りるとすぐです！ タクシーでもいけるけど、青いタクシーしかダメっぽく、どこで乗っていいか分かりませんでした。 入る場所が分かりにくいけど、道を歩いているとサッカー場と駐車場があるのでそれが目印。⚽️ 海岸は人も少なく最高でした！！ 牛や、犬が放し飼いされていて、ちょっと異空間体験。 ウユニ塩湖というには程遠いリフレクションでしたが、それでもトータル満足です 現地で、バケツや、熊手、イスは有料で借りられます。たしかそれぞれ20HKDほど。 飲み物も買えますがご飯は食べれる場所ないので食べてから行くのがおススメ！ ちなみにトイレは徒歩で10分ほど歩かないとないので注意。 最後に体洗う水も借りられますが1人20HKDをおばちゃんに払います。 ちなみにうちの家族はびびって、貝は持ち帰らずでした、 なんか、全然大丈夫という人もいれば、マカオの橋建設でヒ素値が高いという記事もあって、よく分からなかったので、、、 #貝を拾いたくない娘 #パパディズニーにしようよ #ここの牛は奈良で言う鹿 #ウユニ塩湖 #雲には恵まれない #晴れ男が仇になる #香港のウユニ塩湖 #水口村泥灘掘蜆 #水口村泥灘 #水口天空之鏡 #潮干狩り #香港生活 #香港潮干狩り #香港カメラ部 #リフレクションのある景色 #omdem1markii #mzuiko1240mm #香港 #空推し部
