We made another batch of our creamy almond butter slice for study snacks this week it only takes 5 mins if you have a blender handy! Give it a go: ☀️ .⠀⠀ 1 cup almond meal (base)⠀⠀ 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (base)⠀⠀ 1/2 cup honey or rice malt syrup (base)⠀⠀ 1/2 cup almond milk (base).⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ 3/4 cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 3 min)⠀⠀ 1/2 cup almond milk⠀⠀ 1/2 cup almond butter. ⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ 1. Blend base ingredients together & push into lined tin. ⠀ 2. Blend top ingredients together & pour over the base. ⠀ 3. Freeze until set. We like to store ours in the freezer
