RESTORE: After posting about the rusty bike beside the dock, I actually bumped into the lovely couple who are fishing out all the weird and wonderful. Including this little treat just as I was walking past. They used 2 x hefty magnets to latch on the bits then slowly pull them out. They're doing it to help clear the water for the dockland wildlife. Legends! If I could paint the whole frame in a strong background colour as seen, then have a small squares filled with patterns and colours. As if it's a window looking into the inside of the bike.
