I’m 25.. she’s 24. Narla has been there almost my entire life, she’s grown up along side me, so without a doubt this is the most heartbreaking and hardest thing I’ve had to make a decision on. But recently narla went deaf and then blind and has now lost pretty much all of her strength. My baby turned 3 months today. ❤ I have seen mothers post sweet things for their babies. Well, she is mine. A part of my being and the one my whole world revolves around. She is the apple of my eye and the beat of my heart. My Chanel..!!! The moment she was in my hands I knew she was all I prayed for. Having had about 8-9 dogs, 4-5 cats, cows, (not all at one time ofcourse) till the time I left home for Bangalore, from German Shepherd to Pomerians to Huskies and a couple of Indian Pariahs too, one thing I missed was not having one after leaving home. Not because I did not want one but only because they are to be treated like your child not just some pet, that is how our babies at home have been treated so far and I knew getting one would necessarily mean my entire time and energy going in and around them. For me it is a commitment and I did not get another one into my life until I was sure I was capable enough to get it home and call it my own. With her in my arms I knew this was it. I wanted to take care of her, love her and give her a home she would love to be in, in return for all the love she gives me. Her life depends on me but I am sure she knows mine depends on her too. ❤ It pains me to see people going for these babies just for the social stature it gets them and then neglecting them and leaving them on the road to fight for its survival, which most of the time do not end up in a good note. These kinds, I am sure are heartless because nothing can just let go off something that fills your life with so much of happiness and genuine love in return for almost nothing. Please adopt.
