Simply spiral a zucchini and dry out, form zoodle donut on baking sheet with 2-3 inch hole in the center, crack an egg in the center and bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 F. I topped with some paprika and EBTB seasoning

Goodmorning Friends! It's been a busy Monday Morning but finally had time to make some breakfast. Going by the time I'm guessing it was lunch. So I made me some breakfast for lunch. This little bowl was so filling and quite delicious.

Banana oatmeal:
~
Ingredients:
1/2 rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tblsp chocolate protein powder
1 tblsp maple syrup
1 banana (chopped)
A a couple drops of vanilla extract.

Toppings:
Cherries
Water
Pepitas
Coconut shavings
Almond butter
Hemp seeds.
~
Directions:
Combine all oatmeal ingredients in saucepan. Cook on medium low. Stir occasionally. Let thicken. In another saucepan combine cherries and water and cook on medium low heat. Cover with lid. Once the water has evaporated and cherries are softened they are ready to serve. Serve oatmeal, add toppings and enjoy! .

I’m finally using the treats I picked up at the market on Sunday young bitter melons, mustard greens, banana chilies, kohlrabi.
for the salad I just peeled the kohlrabi and then using the same peeler shaved off thin slices, I Finley sliced the young bitter melon and then finely sliced the sweet banana chilies, chiffonade the mustard greens and then just roughly chop some coriander (cilantro) and tossed it together. I dressed this with a honey soy and ginger dressing and served it with some medium rare seared salmon
The inspo for this snack came straight from my last two posts! Literally just combined the two but really these were just the last few things in my fridge yesterday bc going out of town so I’m glad it actually turned out good!
