Since I always thought that my legs are too short for box jumps I have never tried to jump this high, actually it's not that hard no matter the length of my legs
I squat deep when I jump to make it softer for my knees, back and ankles, also the first exercise opened the hips and in box jumps I use those open hips to improve amortization making my jumps more fluent.
