i’ve gotten quite a few questions recently on my “plan” with monte. there really isn’t a “plan” as of now. of course i have a “plan” in my head, but sometimes things don’t go the way we planned. last summer i worked with him about twice a week on simple, not too complex things. ground work was a big one, along with trailering. he learned how to yield his hind quarters and fore quarters, side pass, taking the bit and to flex (which is something we’re still not 100% on) and desensitizing. this spring throughout the summer i hope to continue doing this stuff with him, along with teaching him the further basics of lunging. later this fall, my plan is to put 10 bareback rides in a halter. of course, this has a lot of factors involved. if i think he is not ready in any way, i will not push him. but he is such a smart baby, and as of now, the future is very bright for him✨ —— #rhfreedrifter

fuzzy pony i took some pictures yesterday, so i have some updated of monte and flicka. echo didn’t come outside her stall, so i didn’t get any of her lol. also, his neck cover he decided to rip all the clips off, so he’s without one. they have had their blankets off for about a week, and all the snow was melted. then mother nature decided to drop 2 feet on us hopefully it warms back up so we can loose the winter coats! —— #rhfreedrifter

Aloitin ravissa hakemalla ensin omaa kevennystä Tiinan antamien neuvojen avulla suoremmaksi sekä yritin korjata pohkeita tasaisemmaksi Ypin kylkeen.
