Lots of tears...⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ For years these 3 have seen me go through so much! They saw my health deteriorate and in bed most days sick with health issues. When you are a mother and can hardly get out of bed to make your kids breakfast and off to school, it’s the most heart crushing feeling in the world! I’ll never forget the night my husband picked me up off the bathroom floor saying “we rather have you here with us, even if you’re bed bound than not at all, you are everything to us”. That’s what kept me going because even though I felt like I was failure of a mother and wife, they didn’t feel that way. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Now for the past 2 years they have seen me overcome my health issues! They’ve watched me push and fight for my health, they’ve seen me everyday for the past year and a half show up with consistency for my nutrition and fitness. They now have the best version of me! These 3 are my biggest cheerleaders and they are soooo proud of me! I’ll never forget my family’s reaction when I told them I was a finalist for the Beachbody Challenge. My daughter jumped so high with the loudest scream! The hugs were so tight and in that moment I felt like finally I’ve done something they are so proud of! That’s why the Beachbody Challenge means so much to me. It’s the light at the end of the tunnel. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ •I use to stand behind my family in pictures and now I stand next to them proudly!
