This is a #transformationtuesday but without the before pic.
Today I started my new workouts and I absolutely loved the superset of 5 sets rotating incline bench press x incline DB flys.
Tania last year was highly intimidated of the barbell bench press. She would never dare attempt to do it in fear she would fail and someone would see her. She would never do it unless her husband was by her side to spot her even tho she knew she could lift it by herself. Don’t get me wrong, a spotter is important when trying to lift heavier. But the Tania today knows her body, knows her strength and how much weight she can handle, and is waaaay more confident in who she is in and out of the gym to even care if people are watching..

661 deadlift 429 bench 567 squat. Went 8/9 on my lifts and didn’t aggravate my hamstring injury so my first meet was a success! Shout out to the random dude who was commenting on my posts that my squats wouldn’t count in a meet. Guess he was wrong ♂️. I had like a 440 Wilks which is good maybe? Idk lmao. I also got drug tested which is pretty lit . Nothing like strangers looking at my scared pp. Overall awesome experience! I can’t wait to compete again! All the lifts are on my story but these are the heaviest that counted. OH!! And huge shout out to everyone that competed there! Everyone was super friendly which was awesome. Someone even let me try using their ammonia which was interesting to say the least. It felt like satan farted into my nostrils and I inhaled his flaming ass gas which gave me a pretty big rush lmao.

If they are to mimic anything I do, (preferably not my occasional F bomb ) I think wanting to be “strong like mommy” is pretty freakin cool.
