I have included loads of exercises here. Don’t do all of them in a workout Pick 5 and complete 3 sets of each of them. Any exercise can be made HARDER (by adding the backpack with books in) or EASIER (by placing you hands on a raised surface i.e. wall or bath tub OR putting your knees on the floor)

➡️ 6 cleans | other person does a single arm banded plank row until they complete cleans
➡️ 12 in-and-out dumbbell squat jumps | other person does in-and-out push-ups until they complete jumps
Grab med balls & a band @hopefitnessgear and try out these push-up variations for strong shoulders & chest. All push-ups can be modified & performed on your knees. I aim for 40-50 push-ups almost everyday so changing it up with some of these will keep it interesting.
