Took cardio to a whole new level today, and instead of the Stairmaster I played some racket ball. Lately I haven’t been feeling like my normal motivated self, so I’ve decided to take a step back and try new things! Sometimes it’s important to switch up your environment and daily routine if you are feeling a little burnt out. For the rest of this week I’ll be trying different activities for cardio to see what gets me back in a more motivated mind set. I encourage anyone feeling a little burnt or to do the same!
