Sometimes you just need to switch up on how to have your smoothies some days I feel like a smoothie bowl and sometimes I just want it in a glass.

Ingredients • ~ 2 (heaped) tsp pink pitaya powder @unicornsuperfoods ~ 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks ~ 1/2 cup frozen strawberries ~ 1 frozen banana ~ 1/2 cup coconut water @purecocobella •
Directions •
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass
Top it off with some toppings!
I added fresh strawberries.
Enjoy!

So today I attempted to keep it simple and I think I didn’t do too badly.
How do you think I went ☀️Smoothie bowl of the day ☀️ Ingredients ~ 1 tsp Tropicana @unicornsuperfoods ~ 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks ~ 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks ~ 2 frozen bananas ~ 1/3 cup coconut water @purecocobella
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl.
Add some delicious toppings!
I added kiwi, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, pepitas, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, puffed quinoa, goji berries, almonds and walnuts.

Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass.
Add some healthy toppings!
I added fresh blueberries for some extra antioxidants! Enjoy!
