I get a lot of people asking me how I stay motivated all the time, the truth is I don’t. I have days where I eat what I want, I have days I skip the gym. For me it’s all about finding a good balance. What works for me might not work for others. all I know is I have a lot of goals still about how I want my body to look and I’m going to keep going til I get there. But I’m going to do it at my own pace. If I want to eat some chocolate cake and red lobster on my birthday this month then I will. If I don’t want to workout on my vacation in two weeks I won’t. ( I probably will lol) it’s all about how much harder I’m going to work in the gym after all that. Remember it’s about balance. My motivation is strung from my own thoughts, feelings, and moods. It’s there but sometimes it’s good to have breaks. So if you are beating yourself down for skipping the gym today, don’t. The gym will be there Tomorrow it’s just about working your ass off when you get there and then getting back on track! Happy Thursday
