I've been thinking of a way to share this without sounding super weird but I'm just gonna go for it. I love psychology and am an INFJ (Myers-Briggs personality type), which means that the way my brain works and interacts with people is very intuitive and feeling. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Basically I can sense peoples vibes and energy levels and (this is the part that is such an asset on shoots) I can match those vibes. It means I'm equally comfortable with a more reserved and chill photo shoot and a shoot where we are dancing and singing in a meadow (and everything in between). ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ INFJs are sometimes called chameleons, we have many facets to our personality and can naturally adapt to different energy levels as part of our strong empathizing nature. I know this all sounds very 'woo woo' but it's totally real and I'm honestly grateful for being naturally wired for empathy. It's such an asset on photo shoots allowing my seniors to genuinely connect and feel comfortable.
