How do you maintain muscle mass whilst dieting? There are many ways to prevent muscle catabolism - one if which is using BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids). Whilst in a calorie deficit your body is forced to find other energy sources such as body fat and muscle tissue. To encourage my body to continue to burn fat instead of muscle I make sure I'm taking @bpi_sports Best BCAAs during my weight training and cardio. The flavours are phenomenal- Fruit Punch has to be my favourite!

Verletzungen werden vorgebeugt, Muskelverkürzungen, die z.B. durch langes Sitzen entstehen, können kompensiert werden und für mich persönlich ist es auch super fürs CoolDown ✨
Ich habe mir tatsächlich vorgenommen, dieses Jahr endlich mal den Spagat zu lernen - konnte ich noch nie, steht aber definitiv auf meiner To Do Liste !

Hey guys ull ask me to show my abs well i have no abs at the moment its just the lines ans off season m in this sahpe only well it looks gud but yea i have become a bit smaller coz i was not working out or was not on a diet for 2 months .
