AT-HOME WORKOUTS: what do y’all recommend? ❤️ I have a membership to a great gym nearby (and honestly I’m a “gym person” when it comes to my fitness preference), but with a newborn at home I figure it’s a good idea to have some at-home workouts in my back pocket for those days when I’m not able to leave the house. Here’s the catch ‼️ our apartment isn’t on the ground floor, so I can’t be jumping around bothering our neighbors below us! #MondayAbChallenge I love using the #StabilityBall for core work! This exercise works the #deepabdominals as well as the superficial. Try it!

Directions:
1. Stand with feet hip width apart and ball in front of you.
2. Fold forward and roll ball forward on your forearms.
3. Draw navel into spine, lift pelvic floor (like a kegle).
4. Press forearms into the ball (you and roll them around as well - watch ending)
5. Exhale as you go down and inhale as you go up.
6. Try 3 sets of 10!
