Today’s stock Analysis is Royal Dutch Shell. RDS are a company in the energy sector which I have had my eye on for some time now. My reason for this being their moves into the renewable energy sector. Over the long term non renewable energy such as oil and natural gases will be phased out and renewable energy will be brought in. I like that RDS are playing both sides right now and will be in a good places wherever the market goes. RDS pay a very nice dividend of almost 6% but also have a very good balance sheet comparing to the rest of their industry. I will be continuing to keep an eye on this company with the view to invest in the near term! What do you think of Royal Dutch Shell? Are these the next biggest industries over the next 10-20 years? It was pretty hard to come up with only 6 big industries so for the purpose of this post I can up with the industries impacting us the most and some you may not have even thought of! 1) Renewable Energy Solar and wind energy are two big up and coming industries which will make a huge impact to us and how we get our power. 2) Water Consolidation It is very expensive and time consuming to extract all of the horrible dirt and bacteria from our water. Over the next few years there will be many companies looking to improve the system by making it cheaper and quicker. 3) Artificial Intelligence Obviously AI will be growing over the next few years. Robotics is already starting to take its place in our market now! 4) 3D Printing 3D printing will continue to grow as advancements in technology grow. 3D printing allows you to create something without needing to use your own time and effort to assembly something. 5) Cryptocurrency and Blockchain We all know this is one of the biggest crazed at the moment but with good justification. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Is changing the way we use our money to make it safer and easier. 6) Electric Vehicles This is already starting to take place now with Tesla cars coming into the market and changing the market forever. Tesla will only continue to grow in the market and cause all other car manufacturers to pull along too! From these 6 industries which has the most potential?
