Unfortunately, they are either not doing anything about it, or are just doing some low level passive stretching randomly though out the week. How do I fit it all in? I got a few requests to share my weekly schedule and how I’m able to work out as much as I do I understand it’s not easy to fit it exercise when you work and have other obligations, but it’s not impossible either! Every time I’ve had a client tell me they “don’t have time” to work out, I ask them to give me their daily schedule and in less than a minute I figure out how they are able to fit in exercise at least 4x/week it’s all about priorities and your health should come first! Without it, you can’t do anything ‍♀️ if you don’t take care of yourself, you eventually won’t be able to take care of anyone else. It sounds selfish to prioritize our own health, but it’s actually the opposite. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I wake up at 6am every weekday and run in the mornings before work. I see my PT/fitness clients on Mondays-Thursdays, so I’m out most of the day. I go home, get some paperwork done and then go to the gym in the evenings. I usually end up eating dinner around 8-9pm and try to be in bed before 10:30 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fridays is my work from home day for the most part, except for the occasional client early in the day. I still wake up at 6am to run, usually at the track. I basically spend the entire day until late working on athlete plans, my blog, and creating content for Instagram. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I save the weekends for extra sleeping and seeing my family/friends, but I still get in my long run and sometimes a mini workout in the AM I spend many weekend days shooting for campaigns I do for Instagram and quite a few hours editing and creating posts for you guys so yes, I also work on the weekends! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I know I don’t have kids and I work for myself so I have a more flexible work schedule than most, but 30-60 mins a day of exercise is doable for anyone! Think of all the time you spend scrolling endlessly through your phone or watching TV like a zombie ‍♀️ you can sacrifice some of that wasted time to exercise—even right at home! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’ve had the success of fitting in exercise with a busy schedule, share your tips in the comments!
