Enjoyed many bachelorette festivities this weekend and I’m so happy my city finally carries Bubbly Rose @healthade so I could make kombucha sangria! I also have a theory that drinking a kombucha before libations are had helps with no hangover (I’ve tried it 3 times with success). Unfortunately I’m back to the work grind today, but I plan to hit it hard from now to the 4th! Better late than never right?!

I’m thankful that my son is officially done with his summer preschool program because we finally get some time in the mornings to unwind and catch up on z’s!
My goal this week is do a stretching and foam rolling routine every morning with my extra time!
I’m getting up there with mileage for my 12 mile race so prioritizing recovery is so important!
In the past few years, after my road race I tend to peter out mentally and physically with running. I give myself a break but find it harder and harder to get back at it. And when this happens, I miss running terribly. This quote it encouraging me to start NOW doing what I can to not let this happen this year. I’m prepared mentally to keep moving forward ✨

You know my gym motto.. if you’re not feeling it, go try, lift easy if needed, and when all else fails, bail. .
So I went, and I lifted easy. My body is tired and so is my brain. I have some people super close to me going through some big, tough stuff and my heart is sad for them Working out is my therapy and I knew I’d feel no good if I just laid around. I’m glad I went, even if I didn’t feel like Hercules while lifting today Somedays ya got it and somedays ya don’t.. And there’s nothing wrong with that!! .
Chest, shoulders, and tris Even though today wasn’t my best work, I loved it. @liv_knox Writes the BEST workouts!! I cannot recommend her enough!! On the fence about a coach DM her now!!! .

We just returned from a wonderful weekend spent at home with family & friends celebrating my bridal shower! I can’t believe my next journey will be down the aisle After returning home, we headed straight to Costco & the grocery store so I could prep for the week ahead. I’m going to be doing a mini 5 Day Detox to reset after all the bridal treats and really buckle down before the wedding, 48 days! I stocked up on all the veggies and just popped some Coconut Macaroons in the oven.
I hope you all had a beautiful weekend and have set aside some time to get that meal prep in. Even the tiniest prep can be a game changer for reaching your goals this week
