Si una bolsa de algodón te ahorra 5 bolsas de plástico cada vez que compras, después de 27 usos habrás mitigado su impacto, y a partir del 28 ya estarás haciendo un impacto positivo. . ¿Cuál es la mejor opción? -Bolsas hechas de plástico reciclado SIEMPRE Y CUANDO las uses varias veces. -Reutilizar las bolsas que ya tienes todas las veces que puedas. -No comprar bolsas que no necesitas y rechazar las que te ofrezcan. -Comprar bolsas de tela de segunda mano para darles una segunda vida. -Usar lo que tienes: la canasta de tu bici, tu mochila de clases, tu cartera, tus manos. No siempre necesitas una bolsa. -Analizar tus hábitos, no solo en bolsas sino en todo; consumir menos y mejor. Ahí está el mayor impacto. . Today I am 30! I am really excited for a new decade, and although it’s strange to kiss my twenties goodbye, I have always loved getting older. This birthday in particular has me thinking about GROWTH- how many different people we are over our lives! I have so many things I’d tell younger me. ✨ You’re gay. Once you figure that out, everything makes so much more sense. ✨ It’s ok to be gentle. You can fight for what you believe in with gentleness (towards yourself, too!) The gentler you are, the more powerful you’ll feel. ✨ You aren’t going to be perfect at living on the planet, and you don’t need to be in order to be valuable and belong here. ✨ It’s ok to need help and support and eventually you’ll view asking for this as strength, not weakness. ✨ You feel a lot of feels, despite not always being aware of or ready to admit that. You’re going to get better at this as time goes on, though! Feelings are your strength just as much as your logic and rationality. (INTJ/ Enneagram 5 problems! ) ✨ Your career will be both harder and more fulfilling than you ever thought, and you will still be so grateful you chose it 8 years in. ✨ To be honest, some of these I am DEFINITELY still working on living out- especially the being gentle with myself and others one!
