Having the the gun up and on target before your feet stop moving is a great way to prep yourself to squeeze off an accurate round as soon as possible after moving. Don’t wait till everything settles to begin aiming, you’re only throttling yourself by doing that. One of the small things that’s a big thing that we’ve been trying to implement and improve upon with our crew of shooters.

Working accuracy at 50m with a LE team. Love teaching under NVGs. The past few courses I’ve run for teams have all included a NVG portion, usually on the last day. Mainly focusing on some of the core principles of shooting under NVGs, but also covering spatial awareness, movement, equipment considerations, etc.
