Settled back at home in #Houston. The Cancerian in me is loving every freakin’ moment of being home with my doggies, husbear, and plant babies. Also really excited to cook food at home again. Donc en fait le yoga, même après plus de 10 ans, il te surprend encore. Une transition que je n’avais réussi à faire qu’une seule fois jusqu’ici. Tripod—-> bakasana je suis pas peu fière honnêtement (même s’il y a encore du travail) C’est super bizarre, ce n’est pas la première fois que je vis ça, comme si le #yoga me répondait. Quand je perd confiance en moi, quand je suis lassée un peu de tout. Il s’invite tout seul pour me dire « Oh, arrêtes. » On doit pouvoir puiser ce dont on a besoin dans notre pratique de yoga, et c’est une erreur de croire que l’on a toujours besoin de douceur. On a aussi (et souvent d’ailleurs) besoin de force. De beaucoup de force dans cette vie qui est tout sauf linéaire. Ce matin ma pratique m’a dit « t’es forte, tu arrêtes tes conneries ». Et je la remercie. Peut être que demain elle me dira « viens par là que je te fasse un gros câlin » et après demain elle voudra peut être m’ouvrir encore plus au monde. Bref. Notre pratique nous parle, je le vois avec mes élèves.
