My journey has been super interesting lately, and although I’m classed as a ‘social figure’, I’m also extremely private with many elements of my life. Not because I’m hiding something, but more so there are some achievements and situations that I am just allowing myself to flow through, but this is a learning I wish to share.

One thing I’ve learned however is how much my brain has triggers, things that create surges of anger and like yesterday, situations that create very heightened emotions that I realise now and suddenly where my mind is operating from. Let me make this clearer. A situation arose which created a huge surge of anger and when I had separated myself from it I not only felt dis-ease within myself I realised I was reacting from not my present circumstances but a whole combination of situations that I had merged into one. Another was I felt a great deal of inconvenience which actually made me emotional where my mind bounced into the future ‘oh no now I cant’, and the past ‘omg it cost me this much’. It’s been through experiences like this that I’ve been able to evaluate my emotions and actually realise how ‘not present’ I can be with life and how much my mind is conditioned to pick from my emotional bank to ‘protect’ me or ‘anticipate’ what’s to come ahead. I found this shocking as it shows rarely am I reacting to the actual situation but more so my emotional bank and egoic perceptions. I’m now so grateful for these circumstances, mainly because it’s illustrated to me at times I my ego still functions from my environment and creating from my outer world with the desire to control. However, quantum reality states that greatness is born from creating from within, even when the outer world is not yet demonstrating your desired outcome. It’s learning to practice what you wish to feel before you are blessed with the manifestation in the outer world. Time to re-calibrate and re-align I guess!

Crazy, crazy, CRAZY!!
6 months ago, I’d never thought I’d EVER fall in love with this lifestyle. It was a necessary evil - something provoked only by my need for change, to stop feeling tired all the time, and having to catch my breath walking up a flight of stairs...

Today I’m taking a moment to practice gratitude over the things that have come into my life for the last half a year:
☀️ A LOVE FOR FITNESS! I truly ENJOY getting my sweat on these days, whether it’s in the gym lifting weights, in the pool having a swim, or outside going for a run!
☀️ MY CHANGE IN EDUCATION! I’m studying Entrepreneurial Fitness & Health and hope to eventually move on to become a certified holistic coach - which I NEVER could’ve even imagined!!
☀️ NEW FOUND PURPOSE & PASSION! My passion isn’t necessarily centred around just being in the gym or eating tofu every day, but around ALL aspects of life - I just want to be bright, bold & balanced and help others do the same!
☀️ A HEALTHY(-ER) RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD! I’ve been a sufferer of both anorexia and binge eating disorder, and for the first time in a long time, my relationship with food isn’t controlling my life.
☀️ THIS BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY! This journey has brought me so many unplanned friends along the way - from all the amazing interactions on Instagram(and hopefully YouTube soon, eeeek!!) to my weekly running group - and I feel truly blessed and overwhelmed by the support, tips, and shared experiences I’ve had the honour to receive!

It’s easy to get lost in everything NOT going our way and letting in to much negativity in your space, so don’t forget to remind yourself of all the lovely things you already have and are, and all the lovely things you’re capable of!

Helyzetjelentés 7 hónapja nem makrózok, nem számolom a kalóriákat és rendszertelenül, de azért heti szinten mozgok. Ez vagy 2 Crossfit és egy jóga, de van hogy egy CF és két nagy gyaloglás, vagy két CF és egy hétvégi bicajozás... szerintem a lényeg:
♀️heti rendszerességü mozgás megvan (azon belül nincs rendszer) ♀️ nem feszítem túl a húrt, ha fáradt vagyok vagy tudom elöre hogy egy nagy rohanás lenne a napom ha bepaszíroznék egy edzést is akkor inkább nem eröltetem
továbbra is nagyon odafigyelek az alapanyagokra, 80% ban magam készítem az ennivalóimat
továbbra is csomagolok, dobozolok reggelit - ebédet - uzsit és viszem magammal
ha nincs idöm fözni akkor hétfö reggeli Lidl járattal veszek x doboz tonhalat, csicseriborsót + egy nagy rakat friss idényjellegü zöldséget
nagyobb mennyiségben készítek egy max két féle (pl édesburesz és hajdina) komolexszénhidrát köretet és csókolom, kész a #buddhabowl vagy a #pokebowlgoals amikor nem sajátot eszem, akkor pedig olyan helyeket fedezek fel amik az én nézeteimhez hasonlóan föznek
és amikor épp fagyizok, vagy koccintok egyet(kettöt) a barátokkal, akkor az böven belefér a 20%-ba amit lelkiismeretfurdalás nélkül teszek.
Azért az is hozzá tartozik a történethez hogy vagyok annyira rutinos a témában hogy a legtöbb esetben ránézésre megtudom állapítani egy ételröl hogy az kb hány g szénhidrát hány g zsír és hány g fehérje..ez néha jól jön néha kicsit zavaró, de amire ennek segítségével még a mai napig nagyon odafigyelek hogy az alapanyagcserém alá semmiképp sem megyek! Tehát nincs olyan hogy kimaradnak étkezések, ‘elfelejtek reggelizni’ vagy ‘lusta vagyok vacsorázni’ ilyen nincs.
Min. 3 de többnyire inkább 4 étkezésem van, ebböl 3 kiados és egy (ez legtöbbször az uzsi) köztes.
Úgyhogy ez a helyzet itt nálam☺️
Szia péntek, szia jóidö ma már VÉÉÉGRE edzés Mostanában elég ad hoc, ahogy éppen alakul a napom, az utolsó pillanatokban döl el, de ami fix hogy a heti kettöhöz ragaszkodom. Ez most hétfö volt és péntek lesz, talán összejön +1, a szombatreggeli ami attól függ h feltudok e kelni és lesz e még hely. Mindenkinek szép napsütéses hétvégét kívánok
