SQUAT BULGARO . Lo squat bungaro rientra nella mia top 5 degli esercizi per i glutei , l’unica pecca è che essendo quadricipite dominante e avendo di mio una genetica muscolare molto ricettiva agli stimoli devo tenere basso il volume di squat e affondi e delle loro varianti. . Per fare un ottimo con questo esercizio , come sempre non pensate al carico ma prima cercate la posizione ottimale che vi faccia raggiungere un buona ampiezza del movimento . State molto avanti con la gamba avanti e cercate di sentire il peso sul tallone e non sulla parte dell’avanpiede. . Nei miei allenamenti in Gym faccio sempre dei mini circuiti di tonificazione con uno / due esercizi per i glutei per poi passare alla parte upper / abs . Questo mi consente di lavorare con i pesi senza risentirne negativamente sulla mia circolazione delle gambe causandomi gonfiore eccessivo. . Ogni fine WORKOUT scrivo le sensazioni ed è un momento per me per buttar giù nuovi lavori .
