Fun times at Hackney Fitness Festival, can we do it all over again this weekend please?!

Didn't post my schedule last week as I was struggling to keep up with the pace! But this week am back in the game (and smiling again)! Below is this week's public schedule. As we move and breath I will invite you to notice the natural tendencies that you have in the quality of your movement and see if we can play with finding a little of the opposite. E. G fluid/indirect vs direct, sustained vs quick, light vs strong, effortful vs effortless, free vs. bound) All in the name of fun, curiosity, getting to know ourselves better & shaking up habits. And maybe taking ourselves a bit less seriously... One of my tendencies is to take everything v. seriously so am enjoying allowing the playfulness out!
