You can make your own beautiful nut cheeses using soaked & sprouted nuts and fermentation/dehydrating techniques to give you amazing flavours and all different kinds of textures from a soft spreadable cheese, a grateable Parmesan style to a firm cheese with a rind. So excited to be able share some of the recipes I’ve been perfecting the last few years. In the meantime here is a quick cheesy dill cream recipe
Blend the below in high speed blender. Add a few sprigs of dill or any other herb you like at the very end and blend for 5 secs
-1 cup soaked cashews
-3 tbsp lemon juice
-1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
-1/4 cup water
-1/2 tsp salt( or to taste)

I’m pretty sure I got an oxytocin rush when chopping these purple daikon radishes. These divine little cleansing radishes went into a spring fish stew with wild grouper from @mgfishnyc, rutabaga, bok choy, sweet white miso, ginger, cilantro and kaffir lime leaves. They were almost to beautiful to cook, but were equally delicious. Daikon radishes are wonderful for digestion, immunity and detoxification. We’re officially one month and one week into the new year (holy crap!). I’m curious to see where everyone is on their “resolutions.” This year, I embarked on a journey to set attainable, long-term GOALS rather than creating unrealistic expectations for myself.
My focus: to spend more time nurturing my emotional + spiritual health (I already had the nutrition and workout part down!). After some internal reflection, I’m adding to this list: STOP TAKING YOURSELF SO SERIOUSLY. Friends, life is beautiful and life is short. Instead of dwelling on trivial things that are out of your control, focus on what you CAN do to make your present & future better. Stop lashing out on people who care about you, stop reacting before understanding, and start considering that every hardship is placed in your path so that you can become a better human. Several years back, a friend from @nutritionschool told me a beautiful quote that’s stuck with me to this day: “if it won’t matter in 5 years, don’t dwell on it for more than 5 minutes” #RealTalk

VEGAN PANCAKES
Bonjour à tous,
En ce jour férié une petite recette de pancakes vegan, hyper moelleux
Pour 10 pancakes:
➡️350g de farine de seigle ➡️100g de flocons d’avoine ➡️2 CaS de sucre de coco
➡️1 pincée de bicarbonate ➡️vanille en poudre
➡️environ 750ml de lait d’amande
Mélanger tous les ingrédients secs ensemble puis rajouter petit à petit le lait d’amande.
Faire cuire les pancakes dans une poêle chaude légèrement huilée à l’huile de coco. Pour des pancakes bien moelleux couvrir la poêle.
Ajouter le topping de votre choix
Aujourd’hui je commence la journée tout en douceur avec une séance de yoga ♀️ de @karmasana_officiel
